Ann Barnes
CEO
Ann is a determined, working owner, and instructor-facilitator. She is the acting product manager for Pearson’s Schoolnet program. As a former teacher with 15 years of classroom experience, Ann began integrating technology into her Language Arts curriculum in 1983. Since establishing PES, she has been involved in developing new and innovative educational software lessons in core curriculum areas for face-to-face and online delivery. Ann is a Purdue University graduate with a B.S. and M.S. in Education, and currently serves on the Purdue University College of Education Dean's Advisory Board. She has taught integrating technology and project-based learning courses at Purdue University and provides an enthusiastic and thorough approach to learning. Passionate about her family, Ann creates wonderful memories through hand made creations and is a consummate chef, entertainer, and lover of Hawaii.

Jennifer Dunn
President
Jenni is a committed visionary, working owner, and instructor-facilitator. Jenni has created and delivered professional development and implementation solutions for school districts and businesses since 1999. She develops instructional materials for on-site professional development workshops, distance learning workshops, and continuing education classes, as well as substantial grant research and writing. In addition to an M.S. in Adult Education and a B.S. in Business Administration and Management, Jenni holds numerous instructional certifications including: Organizational Leadership and Supervision Certificate, Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis; PowerSchool Advanced Certification Program, Pearson; PowerSchool Scheduler Certification Program, Pearson; Grant Administrator (IN), Federal Community Development Block Grant Program; Parent Expectations Support Achievement (PESA) Certified Instructor; Teacher Expectations and Student Achievement (TESA) Certified Instructor; True Colors Certified Instructor. Jenni’s time away from the office centers on her sons, their academic excellence, high achievements in 4-H, scouting, athletics and other community events. This dedication highlights her true talents and passion for building rounded people for their future success.

Alan Dunn
Board Member and Clinton County Commissioner
Outstanding in his field, Alan is the Vice President of Charles Dunn Farms, Inc. farming over 3000 acres in Clinton County, Indiana. In addition to serving on the Professional Education Solutions, Inc. board, Alan is President of the County Council in Clinton County, Indiana, President of the Frankfort Airport Board, and President of the Clinton County Community Foundation. By far his most vital role is as Dad to his two sons. Alan is a Butler University graduate.

Joel Barnes
Board Member and Instructor
Acting instructor and board member, Joel Barnes holds a Ph.D. in Education Administration from Purdue University and served in High School Administration for a number of years. Retiring from his business as Financial Advisor gave him time to reconnect with the learning community and participants in an instructional setting. A runner, Joel stays connected to the energy of his 9-year-old self, a position that is deeply admired by his local grandsons, and all those who know his boundless spirit.

Mary Brewer
Instructor
Calling on her experience as an award-winning classroom teacher, Mary specializes in assisting educational professionals in enhancing student achievement. Her goal is to provide instruction on the use of comprehensive and integrated software packages containing advanced features for managing the classroom and analyzing student performance.These features include a combination of engaging, activity-packed lessons that promote student learning and critical benchmark assessments of student performance. In addition, she provides instruction on how to use technology tools to quickly obtain student information that helps classroom teachers stay informed regarding student needs and progress using both traditional and standards-based grades. These software solutions provide classroom teachers with the effective tools they need to analyze both individual student performance and class progress, to analyze how their instruction is impacting education, and to provide solutions that put student outcomes at the center of the classroom. Mary and her husband Matt enjoy watching NASCAR races with their two dogs and two cats.
